Time: 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Dates Tuesday and Thursday nights starting June 1^st and ending July 15^th

All wrestlers entering grades 6-12 are encouraged to attend. Wrestling experience is required. This is a high level training camp designed to take wrestlers to the next level of achievement. Coaches will emphasize fundamental techniques necessary to become a champion. The camp will focus on leg attacks, secondary attacks, leg riding and tilts. In addition, we will work on developing the mental attitude necessary to break your opponent.

Practices will consist of technique instruction, drilling, live wrestling, weight training sessions, and mental preparation. Wrestlers who sign up are expected to attend all training sessions. We hope to compete in summer tournaments as a team.

Limit of 40 wrestlers.
