Register at the door (No pre-registration) Register at the door where the following information will be taken: Name, School, Grade, Weight, Skill Level (1-beginner 2-has wrestled in the past, 3/4 good, 5-very good wrestler)
Teams can fax or email their lineups and the information will be entered by tournament workers. Permission slips will be signed and payment made at the door.
Entry Fees: Entry Fees: $75 for teams of 10 or more wrestlers.
$8 per wrestler for teams of 9 or less participants.
Admission: $2 for adults / Students and children $1.
Team and Individual Confirmation: All teams must confirm their rosters and individuals be registered at the door by 5:30. Any names that are not confirmed at that time will be scratched.
No Weigh-ins: Weights for bracketing will be taken off the registration forms. If there are questions concerning a weight, there will be a scale available.
Divisions: 6th, 7th, and 8th. NOTE: Although we will make every effort to keep 6th grade separate, these wrestlers may in some instances wrestle 7th graders. However, we will not wrestle 6th graders against 8th graders without coach or parental approval.
Wrestling Begins: approx. 6:15 Tournament Completion: approx. 9:30
Awards: Medals to 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Team Scoring: Each coach will indicate the 10 wrestlers that will score for the team. A team may only have one scoring wrestler per bracket.
Points: 1st = 14 2nd = 10 3rd = 7
Team Trophies: Team trophies will be given to the top two tournament teams.
Wrestling Format: Four-man round robin. We will make every attempt to get all wrestlers three matches.
Wrestling Area: We will use three mat areas.
Refreshments: A concession stand will be available throughout the tournament.
First Responders: The first responders will be on site throughout the tournament.

You MUST pre-register your wrestler’s weight on-line, which can be updated up to the 11:59AM deadline on February 5th. This will be used for bracketing the night before the tournament. Brackets can be viewed on-line as soon as bracketing is complete.
o Events will be run in 2 ½ hour sessions
o Confirmation weigh-ins will occur 1 hour before the session starts
o A wrestler will complete all of their wrestling within the session they are scheduled
